Wednesday Writing Goal~Anthology Short

For those of you who don't know, I've been working on a short story for an anthology, and I finally finished it! I'm absolutely psyched and can't wait to share this one with all of you. The Indelibles and I are putting together an anthology from the eyes of one of our male characters. Many of you Spruce Knoll fans will be excited to know that my short story is told from Fane's point of view. I loved getting inside his head and I hope you will too. The anthology, In His Eyes, releases February 14th and it will be free as long as we can get the big corporations to cooperate!

How about you, did you achieve your goals for last week? What are they for this week?

Comments

  1. Sounds exciting and I can't wait to read it!
Unfortunately, I didn't achieve all my goals last week but I got through about half of them. Day job has been kicking my butt last week and this week. But I'm getting back on track.

  2. Last week I finished Chapter 12 edits and have my CP's stamp of approval--YAY! My goal for this week is to get through at least ch. 13 (maybe more??) :-)

  3. I'm so excited for you. I know how deeply affirmed I felt when I held STORIES FOR SENDAI in my hand. It, too, was an anthology whose proceeds went to help the hurting in Japan. It felt great to see my name in print with other much finer writers than I. Have a lovely day, Roland

  4. I think this is a good way to introduce people to your style of writing. Good for you!

Shannon, that's great! You're making progress.

Roland my dear, you are so beautifully humble. :)

    Angela, thanks hun!

  9. This is wonderful, Heather, although I don't know where you're finding the time to do all you're doing! Like other readers, I really like Shane a lot! The anthology sounds like a brilliant idea.
